Request for Quotation (RFQ)

Please contact our sales representatives to submit a request for quotation (RFQ), or you can submit it to our sales department (sales@gtgco.com) directly. When you submit a RFQ, please include all needed documents, such as product part number, description, specifications, requirements, drawings, etc. As soon as we receive your RFQ, we will quote it for you ASAP.

Purchasing Order and Payment Terms

Please place a formal purchasing order (PO) to our sales department (sales@gtgco.com). The PO needs to include product part number, description, quantity, delivery date, shipping method, payment terms offered by us, etc. Please note: The PO is non-returnable and non-cancelable. As for the payment terms, normally, customer needs to pay 50% in advance when they place an order, and pay off the balance before products shipping. But, we would like to offer Net 30 or Net 45 payment terms to our customers if they can pass our evaluation criteria. Please contact our accounting department (accounting@gtgco.com) for the criteria.

Product Shipping Methods and Tariffs

Customers can handle the shipment and tariffs by themselves with their own shipping accounts or their shipping agency. If customers don't want to handle it, we can help them handle the shipment with our shipping acount or through our shipping agency; however, customers need to pay for the tariffs. Normally, the air shipping takes 3~5 days, and sea shipping takes 6~9 weeks.

Warranty Policy

Global Technologies Group (GTG) warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship during the 6~12 months warranty period depending on different products. If a product proves to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period, GTG will repair or replace the product with a similar product. Replacement products or parts may include remanufactured or refurbished parts or components. The replacement unit will be covered by the balance of time remaining on the customer's original limited warranty. Limited warranty service may be obtained by returning the product during warranty period to GTG along with a proof of purchase and a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number. Please contact our sales department (sales@gtgco.com) to obtain a RMA number in advance, and it is valid for 30 days. The RMA number should be clearly marked on the exterior of the shipping container or equivalent.

The following conditions are not covered under warranty:

  • Missing label products
  • Any modifications on the product
  • ESD damage due to improper processing
  • Damage to product resulting from unauthorized repairs
  • Damage to product resulting from accident, disaster
